A house in Haddonfield that sold for $1.7 million tops the list of the most expensive residential real estate sales in Camden County in the past week.

The county saw a total of 127 residential real estate sales during the past week, averaging $353,754. The average price per square foot was $225.

The prices in the list below include real estate sales where the title was recorded during the week of Dec. 1 even if the property may have been sold earlier.

10. $675K, detached house at 1333 Bunker Hill Drive

The property at 1333 Bunker Hill Drive in Cherry Hill has new owners. The price was $675,000. The single-family home was built in 1978 and has a living area of 2,693 square feet. The price per square foot was $251. The deal was finalized on Nov. 17.
