Hyderabad: City Police Commissioner VC Sajjanar on Friday said that drug offenders and peddlers in the city would be placed under strict surveillance similar to the monitoring done for history-sheeters.

Addressing a high-level coordination meeting on narcotics control, Sajjanar stressed the police department’s commitment to tackling the drug problem.
