ORRINGTON, Maine — A 19-year-old is facing numerous charges stemming from a domestic violence incident in Orrington.

The Penobscot County Sheriff's Office received a 911 call around 9:30 a.m. Tuesday from a person who lived at a home on Fowler Road. The caller told emergency officials that 19-year-old Winston Harmon was at the residence, which she said was in violation of active bail conditions, the sheriff's office said in a news release.

The sheriff's office said Harmon had previously been arrested on charges that included domestic violence assault, violation of conditions of release, and illegal possession of a firearm by a prohibited person.
