BANGOR, Maine — A Corinth man was arrested Wednesday after Penobscot County sheriff’s deputies said he assaulted a woman and then left the scene before officers arrived.
Deputies were called to a residence in Corinth around 10:25 a.m. Tuesday for a report of a domestic violence assault, the sheriff's office said in a social media post . After an on-scene investigation, deputies said they developed probable cause to charge Kyle Ouellette, 28, with two counts of domestic violence aggravated assault, both Class B felonies, and one count of obstructing the report of a crime or injury, a Class D misdemeanor.
