ALBEMARLE, N.C. (WBTV) - The Stanly County Sheriff’s Office will discuss the arrest of a now-former Sycamore Brewing co-owner after he was accused of breaking into a home and raping a child.

Justin Brigham was arrested the day before and charged with statutory rape of a child, first-degree burglary, and indecent liberties with a child.

:Brigham, who was the co-owner with his wife of a popular Charlotte brewery, was accused of breaking into the home of a 13-year-old and raping her on Dec. 10.
