King Charles III will reflect on his cancer journey in a deeply personal video message that will be broadcast as part of a special charity programme tonight.

In the pre-recorded message, the King will stress the importance of cancer screening programmes in enabling early diagnosis and will reflect ‘on his own recovery journey’.

King Charles, who was first diagnosed with cancer in February 2024, has been more honest about his health battle than any monarch in history.
