A doctor has shared exactly what you should and should not do if you have contracted the so-called 'super flu.'
Dr Matthew Sweeney, who is a GP, has shared his top advice regarding the new flu strain which has been battering Brits all over the country.
The "subclade K" variant of influenza A, otherwise known as "K-strain" has been leaving people all over the UK feeling incredibly unwell.
This is because the new strain has mutated, ultimately meaning our bodies are having to fight that little bit harder to keep the illness away from us.

This is due to a mutation which occurred in the variant over the summer, causing this flu strain to be more severe and more fast spreading.
