But Danilo knows there’s still one vital thing missing - goals. And the Brazilian striker is desperate to put that right as he looks to repay Danny Rohl’s faith in him. ‌

The 26-year-old has been given a chance at Ibrox under the new gaffer, after being frozen out towards the end of Russell Martin’s ill-fated tenure. Danilo is working hard for the team - in a different role just off the front - but is conscious of the fact he must score more. ‌

He’s got just two league goals so far this season. Ironically, his last one was a terrific winner against Hibs at Easter Road in October.

On Monday night, they’ll be the visitors at Ibrox as Rangers try to recover from yet another Europa League defeat by picking up Premiership points.
