BELOIT, Wis. (WIFR) - More than 30 years after a Beloit mother was murdered, the man convicted of killing her was granted parole and the family worries for their safety.
Randal Wayne Keller, the man convicted of killing his wife Tina Keller in 1994, has been granted parole by the Wisconsin Parole Commission.
His eligibility date for release is January 13, 2026, with a 30-day window after that for his release to be carried out.
A statement from the Wisconsin Parole Commission said Keller was granted parole after it was determined he met all the requirements.
