PITTSFIELD TWP., MI - Charges have been authorized against former University of Michigan head football coach Sherrone Moore, officials confirmed Friday morning.
Moore, 39, is set to be arraigned on a felony charge of third-degree home invasion, as well as two misdemeanor charges of stalking and entering without permission.
He will appear for his arraignment 1 p.m. on Dec. 12 in the 14A-1 District Court, 4133 Washtenaw Ave. in Ann Arbor, before Magistrate Odetalla M. Odetalla.
Arraignment is the second hearing in a court process, following a swear-to hearing, when a magistrate or judge authorizes an arrest warrant. During the arraignment, Moore will be formally charged, an attorney will appear on his behalf, and a bond will be set.
