California’s attorney general on Friday announced another lawsuit against the Trump administration.
Attorney General Rob Bonta during a news conference in San Francisco alleged the Trump administration violated procedures when it imposed a $100,000 fee on H1-B visas.
Bonta said the exorbitant fee will make it cost-prohibitive for employers to hire the skilled labor they need and that Californians will feel the impact in the health care, higher education and tech sectors.
