Two juveniles are facing charges in the shooting of a Plantation High School student near the school earlier this week, police said.

The two suspects were taken to the Juvenile Assessment Center in connection with Monday's shooting, Plantation Police officials said Friday.

The shooting happened about a block from the school on Northwest 15th Street near Northwest 70th Avenue after police said multiple juveniles had been involved in a fight.
