Celeste Bradley, a 25-year-old Huntsville resident, is on a journey to regain her independence after a life-altering medical event. Her story is one of resilience and hope as she works toward her goal.

Last December, Bradley underwent a routine medical procedure that led to severe complications. She became septic, resulting in the amputation of both her hands and legs to save her life. Bradley was placed in a medically induced coma during her recovery.

"There were times when I did not know how it could get better," Bradley said.

Since then, Bradley has faced months of intense physical therapy, relearning basic tasks like walking, eating, and drinking. Despite the challenges, she remains optimistic about her progress.
