SHOCKING: A #DoorDash driver could be charged with product tampering as footage emerged showing the employee spraying what’s alleged to have been an irritant substance onto a #fooddelivery, police said. “As my wife got it and began to eat... I noticed her coughing and gasping, and she threw up,” Mark Cardin said. “Then I noticed the bag had been tampered with and had some kind of spray all over it, so I checked my footage from the doorbell camera.” In a statement, DoorDash said it had revoked the driver’s access to the platform and was cooperating with law enforcement. “We have absolutely zero tolerance for this type of appalling behavior,” the statement said.
