Grainger County is receiving $772,850 in Community Development Block Grants for the towns of Bean Station and Blaine for local infrastructure and safety improvements.
The funds are from the Community Development Block Grant program, administered by the Tennessee Department of Economic and Community Development, which aims to assist communities with water and sewer improvements along with health and safety projects.
“From improving a busy intersection to equipping our local firefighters with the tools they need, these investments make our communities safer and stronger,” State Rep.
