Man in U.S. illegally being charged for biting ICE officer in Tullos

TULLOS, La. (KALB) - A man in the United States illegally is facing charges of assaulting law enforcement following his arrest in Tullos, according to the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.

DHS said Maximiliano Perez-Perez attempted to flee from officers during his arrest, which then led to him biting an Immigration and Customs Enforcement officer:

DHS added that Perez-Perez entered the U.S. at an unknown date and time and without being inspected or paroled by an immigration officer.
