CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa (KCRG) - Cedar Rapids plans to open its outdoor ice rink Saturday, weather permitting.

The ice rink is located at Hughes Park, 2100 Wilson Avenue SW, on the basketball court.

The rink will be open for skating from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., if temperatures allow.

The city will provide updates on closures and maintenance as weather conditions change.
