The Delhi government has reinstated GRAP Stage III after previously lifting it, following a sharp rise in the city’s Air Quality Index (AQI). The AQI, which was 349 on December 12, 2025, at 4 PM, surged overnight to 401 by 10 AM on December 13, 2025. The worsening air quality is attributed to slow wind speed, a stable atmosphere, unfavourable weather conditions, and poor dispersal of pollutants. – Hybrid learning for students up to Class V
