The Central Railway will operate a mega block across key suburban sections of its Mumbai division on Sunday (December 14) to carry out engineering and maintenance works.
The block will affect services on the Main Line fast corridors and the Trans-Harbour Line, leading to diversions, delays and cancellations.
On the Main Line, UP and DOWN fast lines between Matunga and Mulund stations will remain under block from 11.05 am to 3.45 pm. During this period, DOWN fast services departing Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus (CSMT) between 10.36 am and 3.10 pm will be diverted onto the slow line at Matunga.
