Making bread can feel like scaling Everest, but it really doesn't have to be such a challenge. One food writer has been putting the internet's most buzzed-about recipe shortcuts through their paces to see if they truly live up to the hype.
Food stylist and recipe developer Helen Upshall, on behalf of BBC Good Foods, put a bagel recipe to the test that only calls for two ingredients. The dough simply needs self-raising flour and Greek yoghurt - that's it.
In a recent Instagram Reel, Helen revealed: "These bagels really are a great recipe to have in your back pocket over the festive period. No kneading necessary.
