An EastEnders child star appears completely transformed 19 years after departing the soap as she graced our television screens once more.

Shana Swash, now 35, is most recognised for portraying troubled teenager Demi Miller on the BBC flagship drama between 2004 and 2006.

Her character was involved in numerous hard-hitting storylines, tackling challenging themes such as teenage pregnancy and drug abuse.

During that period, Shana represented one of the youngest members of the Miller clan, a fresh family introduced to shake up life in Walford.
