Tree work at Dubuque Pet Park: Temporary closures start Dec. 17

DUBUQUE, Iowa — Sections of the Dubuque Pet Park will close for tree maintenance starting Wednesday, December 17. The closures will last until Tuesday, December 23. The northern section, designated for larger dogs, will close on December 17 and likely remain closed through December 18. The southern section, meant for smaller dogs, will close on December 22 and 23. City forestry crews will remove trees, vegetation, and logs along the fence separating the park from Bunker Hill Golf Course.
