DEDHAM, Mass. —
Jury deliberations are underway in the murder trial of Brian Walshe, the Massachusetts man accused of murdering and dismembering his wife, Ana Walshe, two years ago.
A jury of six men and six women is deciding if Brian Walshe is not guilty or guilty of first-degree murder, which requires prosecutors to prove premeditation, or second-degree murder, which requires a lower burden of proof.
When deliberations come to an end, the jury will return a verdict slip to the judge.
Here's a look at the charge as it appears on the verdict slip .
