Getting to know Taylor Mouser: Penn State’s new OC and his Matt Campbell connection

As expected, Matt Cambell’s Penn State staff will have a strong connection to his last Iowa State staff.

Campbell, who spent 10 seasons as the Cyclones’ leader, has filled out 11 staff positions for his 2026 PSU staff, including a spot for PSU interim head coach Terry Smith.

Taylor Mouser will be the Lions’ offensive coordinator, replacing Andy Kotelnicki.
