After a solid stint with the Yankees after being acquired at the 2025 Trade Deadline, Amed Rosario agreed to a one-year, $2.5 million deal to return to the Bronx, a source told MLB.com's Mark Feinsand on Saturday. The team has not confirmed.

Despite having played nine Major League seasons with seven teams, Rosario is still just 30 years old and remains a versatile utility player with a higher offensive upside than most similar players. He spent the 2025 season with the Nationals and Yankees, hitting .276 with six homers, 23 RBIs and a career-high .436 slugging percentage in a 62-game sample.
