A man suspected of killing his wife in Lancaster then dumping her body in Angeles National Forest has been extradited to the United States from Peru.
Jossimar Cabrera arrived at Los Angeles International Airport around 7:30 p.m. Friday, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department. Cabrera was subsequently taken into custody and booked on suspicion of murder, a charge initially filed by the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office at the Antelope Valley Courthouse, sheriff's officials said.

Cabrera, 37, was arrested in Peru in late August and had been awaiting extradition.
