Brian Robinson fantasy advice after unexpected Christian McCaffrey injury news

It might be Brian Robinson time in Week 15.

The San Francisco 49ers revealed on Saturday that star running back Christian McCaffrey has been added to the injury report and is now questionable.

The Niners are listing McCaffrey with a back issue , which is a new injury for him. He was on the injury report during the week, but with an illness.

As a late addition to the injury report, there's now concern that McCaffrey may not play in Week 15. We'll get confirmation no later than an hour and a half before San Fran's kickoff on Sunday, which comes at 4:25 p.m. ET.
