The annual extravaganza prides itself on being a 'proper Geordie panto' and that's a reputation that's only been cemented by Cinderella, a show that has everything you could want from a panto, including a star-studded cast led by Britain's Got Talent legends Twist & Pulse and music icon Maureen Nolan.
As someone who has Nativity up there as one of the best Christmas films of recent times, I was immediately on side thanks to the opening number being Sparkle & Shine and that high octane start set
