The San Francisco 49ers have a favorable Week 15 matchup against the lowly Tennessee Titans , but they're by no means in the clear.

On Saturday, ESPN NFL insider Adam Schefter reported that running back Christian McCaffrey (back) has been added to the team's injury report and is listed as questionable for Sunday's game.

The 2023 Associated Press Offensive Player of the Year has started all 13 games for the 49ers (9-4) this season and has gained 1,655 yards from scrimmage while scoring 13 total touchdowns.
