RUSSELL, Ky. (WSAZ) - A structure fire in Russell has caused part of U.S. 23 North and South to shut down, according to dispatchers.

The fire is at 605 High St. in Russell.

The Russell Fire Department is currently at the scene and people are being evacuated.
