EUGENE — The 44th 100-point game in program history was the sort of display Oregon badly needed in snapping its five-game losing streak.
Jackson Shelstad had 21 points and a career-high nine assists to lead four players in double-figures for Oregon in a 104-62 blowout of UC Davis Saturday afternoon at Matthew Knight Arena.
“I’ve been trying to be more aggressive getting in the paint,” Shelstad said. “Making paint touches, making open shots for the guys. I feel like my last two years I haven’t been aggressive enough trying to get guys open. This year I really got to be aggressive to create open looks for guys.”
