STAMFORD, Conn. (WFSB) - Stamford police are investigating two unrelated deaths Saturday morning, with exposure to the elements suspected as a possible contributing factor in both cases.

A 50-year-old woman, later identified as Johanna Beatriz Navas-Gonzalez, was found deceased at a bus stop in the area of 800 East Main Street. In a separate incident, a 52-year-old man, later identified as Francisco J. Diaz-Aquino, was found deceased in Cummings Park near the softball fields.

Police said there were no signs of foul play observed in either case. A possible contributing factor in both incidents may be exposure to the elements, police said. However, the official cause and manner of death cannot be confirmed until autopsies are completed by the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner.
