A gunman dressed in black opened fire at the Providence, Rhode Island campus on Saturday afternoon, killing at least two and critically wounding eight others
New information about the suspected shooter at Brown University has been disclosed by officials.
The suspect, a man clad entirely in black, was described during a press conference held on the Providence, Rhode Island, campus on Saturday evening. The unidentified man entered the Barus and Holley engineering building around 4:05 p. m. local time and began shooting .
So far at least two people have died and eight others have been critically injured - who are now reported to be in stable condition at the hospital. The suspect is believed to have fled on foot, heading down Hope Street. The gunman was last spotted just after 4 p.m. ,
