Jiribam, December 13 2025: As part of its Civic Action Programme (2025-26), 87 Bn CRPF Jiribam, Manipur distributed solar lamps and water pipes to villagers at Oinamlong, Sibilong, Shantikhunou and Barak under PS Kaimai, Tamenglong.

Conducted under the aegis of IGP, Manipur and Nagaland Sector, CRPF, the CAP covered beneficiaries from different communities from the villages of Luangkao (Part I, II & III), Oinamlong (Part I, II, III, IV & V), Sibilong, Shantikhunou and Barak villages, as per a press note.

The programme was implemented under the command of Tapan Kumar, Commandant, 87 Bn, CRPF in the presence of village chiefs and CSOs.

The CAP was conducted with the aim of fostering harmony, good CRPF public relation and to provide assistance to the poorer section of the populace.
