Arctic air causing sub-zero wind chills

Bitter cold temperatures are expected to hit the Ozarks this Sunday, with wind chill values dipping below zero, but the cold won't last long as temperatures are expected to rebound by as much as 20 degrees by Monday and reach the 60s by Wednesday.
