SPOKANE, Wash. --The first ever Holiday Village took place in downtown Spokane this weekend.
The even brought together artisan markets, live performances and plenty of good eats to the Gesa Pavilion.
"It's been really good. For the first year that this is on, it's actually been really good," said Dan Kennedy, owner of the Spud Hut. "We're having a good time doing it."
The Spud Hut is a family-owned business that makes loaded baked potatoes at local fairs.
Kennedy says they typically close during the winter months, so having this opportunity has been a big benefit.
The Holiday Village will be running for its last day on Sunday from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
