A Mayer woman is looking for answers after she says her family dog was killed with rat poison.

Karen Little recently created a GoFundMe after her dog, Kratos, died after apparently being poisoned.

The money raised through the campaign has allowed Little to offer a $2,000 reward for information about her dog's poisoning, with the Carver County Sheriff's Office also investigating.

“Kratos was our heart and soul. There are no words to explain what he meant to us — he was my 30-year-long dream come true, and every day with him was a gift,” Little wrote.
