Mumbai Police have issued a traffic advisory ahead of football icon Lionel Messi’s much-anticipated GOAT India Tour 2025 event in the city, warning of congestion and announcing temporary restrictions in several areas to ensure smooth movement and public safety.

According to the advisory large crowd with their vehicles is expected to attend the event scheduled at the Wankhede Stadium and Brabourne Stadium on Sunday, December 14.

To facilitate commuters and avoid inconvenience to the public, traffic arrangements have been revised by Prashant Pardeshi, Deputy Commissioner of Police (South), Traffic, Brihanmumbai, under Section 115 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988.
