Pakistan’s newly appointed Chief of Defence Forces (CDF) and Army Chief, Field Marshal Asim Munir on Saturday, stated that the country’s security forces are ready to face any internal or external threat. During his visit to Pakistani garrisons near the Indian border, Munir was updated on operational readiness and key initiatives to enhance combat capabilities. According to a statement issued by Pakistani army, Munir visited Gujranwala and Sialkot cantonment areas on December 13.
