There are many differing viewpoints. Among them: God can appear absurd sometimes and fabricate realities. God cannot be incoherent or illogical. God is omnipotent, totally independent, and not subservient to any outside influence. God may operate beyond our comprehension, overrule logic, or not defy the logic. God defines rationality and is not bound by it, does not contradict accepted logic, itself is the source of logic, transcends logic, etc.
Still more viewpoints: God is not limited by logic or illogic. God's logic, unlike humans, is unlimited. Even limitless God cannot indulge in nonsense. His perfection showcases logic. Illogical for the human mind might be logical for the God mind. Logic is an innate part of God, is independent of God, rolls out of God.
