Ace India fast-bowler Jasprit Bumrah has returned home from Dharamshala due to “personal reasons” and is thus sitting out the third T20I against South Africa . The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) said in a statement that it will provide an update on his availability for the rest of the series “in due course”.
“ Jasprit Bumrah has gone back home for personal reasons and will be unavailable for the game. An update on him joining the squad for the remaining matches will be provided in due course,” said the BCCI in a statement that it put out shortly after India captain Suryakumar Yadav won the toss and chose to bowl first.
