ATLANTA — A second suspect has been arrested in connection with an October shooting that left a 33-year-old man dead in southwest Atlanta.
According to the Atlanta Police Department, Ranique Crawford, 19, was taken into custody on Dec. 11 in Brooklyn, New York, through a coordinated effort involving federal and local authorities in New York and Atlanta.
Crawford faces charges including murder, aggravated assault, possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, and conspiracy to commit a felony. He is awaiting extradition to Atlanta.
Another suspect , Tremeico Watson, 20, was arrested on Nov. 4 by Atlanta police during a traffic stop.
Investigators later obtained arrest warrants charging Watson with the same offenses as Crawford.
