Are Cleveland Browns quarterback Shedeur Sanders and wide receiver Jerry Jeudy on the same page?
It doesn't look like it after they failed to connect on a would-be touchdown pass late in the third quarter of Sunday's home game against the Chicago Bears.
With Cleveland trailing 21-3, Sanders dropped back and put a throw to Jeudy right on the money on a 3rd-and-9 at Chicago's 24-yard line. The WR, however, failed to catch it.
Bears cornerback Jaylon Johnson ripped the ball out of Jeudy's hands and secured the interception. It's worth noting that the WR appeared to mistime his jump on the play, which may raise more concerns about his relationship with Sanders. He and the rookie QB have already been struggling to build a repertoire this season.
