DODGE COUNTY, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Bird Flu has been detected in a dairy head in Dodge County.

This is the first time in history that bird flu has been detected in dairy cattle in our state.

This is according to the Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection.

The affected farm has been quaratined.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) says the human health risk for the virus is low.
