Sean “ Diddy ” Combs and Harvey Weinstein were both accused of drugging and sexually assaulting model Crystal McKinney.

She first filed the complaint against Diddy in May 2024. Her complaint against Weinstein was filed in February 2025, and amended late last month to also name Combs.

McKinney alleged that Weinstein raped her and a friend in a Manhattan hotel room in 2003. In the filing obtained by PEOPLE , McKinney was said to have received a call from an unnamed modeling agency executive who’d arranged a business meeting between her and Weinstein on the night in question. She assumed he was considering her for an acting role.
