SALT LAKE CITY (KUTV) — The second possible case of measles has been reported in southwestern Utah by the health department.

Officials with the Utah Department of health & Human Services said they were notified Monday of a possible case.

They said an “unvaccinated, out-of-state resident” who was infected with measles visited family on May 26 and 27.

“This person was out in the community and may have exposed others,” health officials said.
