A Flood Watch is in effect for all of western Massachusetts on Friday with storms producing torrential rainfall in a very short time. Some areas could receive up to 3 inches of rain in under two hours.

Be careful driving Friday night. There may be residual flooding and/or tree/power line damage and debris in roads. There could be some scattered showers and patchy fog overnight.
Saturday's 7 a.m. temperatures will be in the low to mid 60s. Scattered showers and drizzle are likely before 11 a.m. A period of steady rain is likely from 11 a.m
