QUINCY (WGEM) - A car crash near O’Sheas happened around 6:30 a.m. Friday morning.

Officials closed 4th and Spruce for investigation, but have since reopened as of 7:15 a.m.

Adams County EMTs, Quincy Police Department, and Quincy Fire all responded to the scene.
