Deputies were dispatched to the scene around 3:40 a.m. on Friday, June 6, and found a victim suffering from a gunshot wound. The individual was transported to a nearby hospital for treatment. Their condition has not been released. Investigators say the shooting stemmed from an altercation between two vehicles traveling along U.S. 12 in Bertrand Township shortly before the incident.
