FAIRMONT, W.Va. (WBOY) — Got any old electronics you're looking to get rid of? You're in luck, as the Fairmont Lions Club is doing an e-waste recycling event this weekend.
This weekend, old electronics like computers, printers and microwaves will be accepted in the parking lot behind the Exxon across from the Marion County Courthouse. Once accepted, volunteers will disassemble the items they receive. The parts will then be sold to scrap companies, who will recycle them, with the money going to benefit the Fairmont Lions Club.
